In our daily rush we sometimes lose sight of what management is all about: creating the best team for the job at hand. Therefore, this focus-group was a nice and pleasant opportunity to focus on this topic.

Although I thought/think I am on the right way in my company, it was sometimes ´shocking´ to hear what Jef had to say about 21st-century-management. I think I learned a lot but, as the presentation was so ´over-whelming´, it will take me a while to grasp his message and turn it into something I will use more and more.

Naturally, the informal contact with colleagues was as interesting and refreshing.
