Het TWI Institute promoot TWI-methoden om de kennis van werknemers effectief te gebruiken door middel van strategie\u00ebn, kennisdeling en training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
TWI, dat zijn oorsprong vond in de VS in de jaren 1940, droeg bij aan industri\u00eble productieverbeteringen tijdens oorlogstijd en be\u00efnvloedde de Japanse industri\u00eble groei na de oorlog. Toyota integreerde TWI in het Toyota Productiesysteem, een voorloper van Lean Manufacturing en Kaizen-strategie\u00ebn. Het TWI Institute in de VS richt zich sinds 2001 op supervisoropleidingen, terwijl TWI-kennisuitwisseling wereldwijd wordt gefaciliteerd via gelieerde instituten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
