Leading Self-directed Work Teams.
Engagement through empowerment.
Cases from the Pharmaceutical Industry
One of the many challenges of any scientific, pharmaceutical or technical company is to hire and retain highly skilled professionals. The operational environment is very demanding, not at least due to the focus on GMP compliance, top quality in processes and results and cost-effectiveness. Yet, many of those professionals seek autonomy, degrees of freedom, room for entrepreneurship, personal growth and inspiring cooperation with colleagues.
Self-directed work teams show promising answers to this challenge.
We will discuss Pharmaceutical Operations cases, tackle strengths and pitfalls of this way of leading people and invite you to discover or refresh your way of leading people.
